User Data Deletion
BLOOM RISE MEDIA LLC respects your right to delete the personal data we hold about you in connection with DialoChat. This page explains how to request deletion, what is included, and how long it takes. It satisfies Meta’s requirement that apps accessing WhatsApp Business or Meta data publish a clear data-deletion method.
1. How to request deletion

Email (recommended): send a request to
contact@bloomrisemedia.com
with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” and include:
- Your full name.
- The email, WhatsApp/phone number, or account associated with the data.
- Which integration the request concerns (for example, your DialoChat account or a connected WhatsApp Business or Meta account).
- From Meta settings: remove DialoChat from your Facebook Business Integrations and request that we delete any data we received. Meta notifies us and we process the deletion on the timeline below.

2. What we delete
On a verified request, we delete the data we control that is linked to you, including:
- Your DialoChat account profile and authentication records.
- Connection tokens and identifiers for the WhatsApp Business or Meta accounts you connected.
- Messaging data and contact metadata we processed and are entitled to delete.
- Your email address from any service mailing lists.
3. What we may retain (and why)
- Legal and financial records required to meet our obligations under applicable law.
- Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you.
- Records under legal hold (litigation, regulatory, or fraud investigation) until the matter is resolved.
4. How long it takes
- We acknowledge requests promptly after receipt.
- We may verify your identity before acting on the request.
- We complete deletion within 30 days of verification (up to 45 days for complex requests, with notice).
- We confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
5. Data controlled by a business customer
If your data was provided to us by a business that uses DialoChat (for example, you are a customer of that business), that business is the controller of your data. We will forward your request to that business and coordinate the deletion, and you may also contact the business directly.
